Loretta Apartments in La Villa
In 1989 we demolished our mother's birth house and built our own nest with two spacious apartments where we welcome our dear guests. The new house enchants with its rustic charm, with modern facilities and with a splendid view. To spoil our clients with every comfort, the house features a private parking, a bike storage / ski room with a ski boot dryer, a garden with a barbecue and a free WI-FI connection.

Located in the upper part of La Villa, in a quiet and sunny area next to the historic heart of the village, Loretta Apartments allow to admire a majestic parade of peaks and ridges, from the elegant Mount Sassongher to the steep walls of Sasso di Santa Croce (Kreuzkofel), Lavarella and Conturines.
In winter, a groomed track connects the house with Piz La Ila cable car, offering the possibility to leave the house with your skis on. On the way back, use the chairlift Colz.
In summer, numerous hikes and cycling tours alternate with cultural events, thanks to the nearby parish church and Colz Castle, the stage for charming summer concerts.
